As industry-leaders, Tuna Blue Facilitation works closely with the Mental Health Commission (WA) and the Department of Health (WA) on major State policies and guidelines. My assistance has included:
- Sustainable Health Review (2017): Consultation results analysis of seventeen public and clinical forums and consultation outcomes reporting to inform Western Australian health care reform.
- WA Suicide Prevention Framework 2021-2025: Analysing the results of 110 separate face-to-face engagements and a state-wide online survey (reaching a total of 985 people combined), and undertaking a desktop review of 19 reports and papers to inform the development of the WA Suicide Prevention Framework 2021-2025.
- Local Government Support Resources for Public Health Planning (2020): Desktop review and report writing, to identify existing evidence-informed strategies for potential Local Government strategic planning resources.
- WA Regional Aboriginal Suicide Prevention Plans 2021-2025: Desktop review and report writing to inform the subsequent creation of the plans by individual Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs).
- WA Mental Wellbeing Framework (2021): Consultation results analysis and report writing as part of the state-wide engagement project, consisting of 121 separate interviews and workshops.
