Do you keep my documents confidential?
Absolutely. I do not provide your documents to any other person without your written approval, and I am happy to sign confidentiality agreements prior to receiving documents. Please see my terms and conditions for more information.
Pricing and Payment
What are your prices?
Proofreading is $0.02 per word (minimum charge $20).
Copy editing is $0.04 per word (minimum charge $40).
Audio transcription starts at $1 per minute of audio but varies according to the quality of the audio and the number of speakers. The actual cost will be confirmed with you after I have reviewed the audio, before commencing the transcription. Additional extras can be purchased including time stamping at 30 second intervals (at $0.15 per audio minute).
For all other services I will provide a quotation based on your specific project. I am happy to combine services to provide a tailored quotation, such as copy editing and document formatting.
What are your payment terms?
For first-time customers or small jobs, payment is to be made in advance. For repeat customers or large-scale jobs, I am happy to negotiate payment terms that suit you. Please contact me for more details.
How do you accept payment?
I will send you an invoice for payment. I accept payment through PayPal (which accepts credit card payments and you do not need a PayPal account) or bank transfer.
